Category Agencies Independent marketing agencies, lead-generation agencies and web studios in Dubai and Abu Dhabi with real estate, interiors or local service clients. What the search found Real estate specialists are plentiful. No UAE agency was found that specialises only in interior or fit-out marketing. Competing offers are common: several agencies now sell WhatsApp or AI answering services, and one strong audience match was dropped before scoring because its main product is its own CRM. Abu Dhabi produced one usable agency. Read and dropped before scoring 18 more agency sites were read and dropped before scoring, mostly for enterprise or government client lists, a base outside the UAE, or a competing product. 4 could not be read. SOLD Media Real estate marketing agency Dubai, Meydan 2 2 1 34 Out Clients are large or international property businesses, not owner-run brokerages. No content channel. Category Niche consultants Advisers who serve the same owners and do not sell marketing: real estate training institutes, business set-up firms, SME accountants, and sector consultants. What the search found No coach or consultant for interior designers or architects was found in the UAE or the Gulf. Every result was American, British or Australian. No firm was found that advises brokerage owners on operations as its main business, so the real estate entries are training institutes, whose customers are mostly individual agents. Set-up firms meet owners before they have any enquiries, which keeps their audience score low. Read and dropped before scoring 14 more consultancy sites were read and dropped before scoring. 2 could not be read. All 14 In the 20 Parked Hold Out Candidate Base Aud. Rep. Co-m. Adj. Category Industry suppliers Companies whose customers are interior designers, fit-out contractors, architects or brokerages: trade showrooms, visualisation studios, property photographers, stagers. What the search found Almost no supplier names small clients. They show developer and hotel logos, so audience scores rest on who they say they serve and on their designer programmes. Co-marketing evidence is thin: five have trade programmes, none shows showroom events. Most Dubai 3D rendering sites turned out to be fronts for overseas studios or design firms themselves. Every usable supplier is in Dubai. Read and dropped before scoring 11 more supplier sites were read and dropped before scoring. 9 could not be read. Canadian Business Council Dubai Business council Dubai, Business Bay 2 1 2 34 Out Thin public information and social events only. How this was built Method The rubric came first. Criteria, gates and the cut-off were written before any name was scored. Each category was searched separately for Dubai and Abu Dhabi organisations that serve brokerages, design studios, fit-out firms or local service owners. Each candidate's own website was read , at least the homepage and one of its clients, about, contact or blog pages. Anything that could not be read was left out. Only published business contacts were recorded. No personal mobiles or named individuals' emails. A blank was kept wherever a detail could not be read. All candidates were scored against the same anchors , then the 20 were chosen by the selection rule. The 20 were checked again by a separate pass that re-read each site. 68 of 69 claims held. The one that did not, a seminar page that turned out to be a past event, lowered that candidate's score. Honest limits Gaps in the map Warm routes are missing. Playbook 02 asks for 20 people the founders already know. This map is built from public pages, so it cannot show who knows whom. Anyone Ahmed knows personally should be scored with the rubric and can replace a lower name. Abu Dhabi has one name. A second pass focused only on Abu Dhabi would be needed before the list is balanced across both cities. The design side has no association. With no active interior design body in the UAE, suppliers' showrooms are the way to reach studios in a group. Later niches are parked, not lost. A clinic set-up consultant, a clinic-heavy agency and a salon business coach all scored 56 or more. They come back when niches 2 and 4 open. Page readings are second-hand. Sites were read through a tool that summarises each page. Before quoting any figure to a partner, look at their page yourself. Kyntlo · Own Tomorrow · Internal.
