For all 20 partners: what the relationship is worth to Kyntlo, what we offer in return, what it costs us, and where each one stands today. The offer follows the partner terms approved on 15 Sept in Playbook 02.
Partners already have the trust of the owners we want to reach. We give them something useful for their own clients or members first, and earn introductions in return. Money comes last, and only when a client signs.
Why bother. Playbook 02 calls this the highest-leverage programme in the plan: Kyntlo has no audience yet, and the fastest fix is to borrow twenty. If each signed partner sends one client a quarter, 20 partners is 80 accounts a year.
Generosity first. Partners are recruited by what we do for them, not by a commission rate. Never lead with the money. The founder who joins a partner's first client call is remembered; the one who sends a rate card is not.
Seven kinds of benefit. Most partners give two or three.
| Benefit | What it means | Who gives it |
|---|---|---|
| Reach | A room or a list of our buyers at once, instead of one cold email at a time. | BPMG, CASANOVA, Lampshades Dubai, SENSI, DX Broker Training, BNI UAE, Above Digital |
| Trust | An introduction from an adviser the owner already trusts. A warm introduction converts far better than a cold first touch. | KLOUDAC, The Accountant, Oncount, WSPR Group, BNI UAE |
| Resale | An agency or web studio that sells the fix to its own clients, under its brand or ours. | WGG, Above Digital, Techolix, RedSpider, BROWSER, DAAVIN, Eighty Six Media |
| A stage | A workshop, a breakfast, a podcast or an article where Kyntlo teaches. Teaching makes us the expert, not the vendor. | BPMG, DX Broker Training, Above Digital, CASANOVA, Lampshades Dubai, SENSI |
| Proof | Every partner's clients we time add to our own reply-time data. Shared anonymised, as market figures, it feeds content and sales conversations. | All seven agencies and web studios |
| Coverage | Routes into places the cold list does not reach well. | Eighty Six Media (Abu Dhabi), ArchShots (both brokers and designers), the showrooms (the design side) |
| Two-way referrals | Partners whose services our own clients need, so we can send work back. That keeps the relationship alive. | WalkThru Media, MHY Homes, ArchShots, WSPR Group, CASANOVA, Lampshades Dubai |
Three layers. The first two cost us time, not money, and come before any agreement. The third is paid only on clients who actually start paying.
The tiers approved on 15 Sept, below. Partners also keep any fee they charge their own client for the build. Keroles calculates and pays every commission on the same fixed day each month. Pay the first one quickly and publicly, then ask that partner for two more partners.
Tier is counted on live subscribers the partner has brought so far, and applies to the next first payment, not backwards. The earlier terms (20 percent recurring for life plus $100 per build) are replaced; anyone pitched on them is told in writing before signing. None of the 20 has been.
| Tier | Subscribers brought | On the first payment | Recurring |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tier 1 | 1 to 9 | 30 percent | 10 percent for twelve months |
| Tier 2 | 10 to 24 | 40 percent | 10 percent for twelve months |
| Tier 3 | 25 or more | 50 percent | 10 percent for twelve months |
| Client's plan | Tier 1, first payment | Recurring, 12 months | Tier 1, year one | Tier 3, first payment | Tier 3, year one |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Growth, $270 a month | $81 | $324 | $405 | $135 | $459 |
| Pro, $490 a month | $147 | $588 | $735 | $245 | $833 |
Worked example only. It assumes the first payment is one month of the plan. Plan prices are from Playbook 01: Starter $90, Growth $270, Pro $490 a month. Any build fee the partner charges is theirs on top.
Playbook 01 sets a slightly different lead for each kind of partner. Commission stays the same for all.
| Type | Partners | What we lead with | Money | Why they say yes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Agencies and web studios | WGG, Above Digital, Techolix, RedSpider, BROWSER, DAAVIN, Eighty Six Media | Timestamps from five of their clients; free account; free agency configuration; they keep build fees; a founder on their first three calls | Tier commission | They get blamed when the leads they deliver are not followed up. This gives them a fix to sell and recurring income. |
| Accountants and advisers | KLOUDAC, The Accountant, Oncount | A co-branded check for three clients; a client note; a newsletter article | Tier commission | It costs them nothing, makes them look modern, and gives them a useful conversation with every client. |
| Showrooms and suppliers with designer programmes | CASANOVA, Lampshades Dubai, SENSI, WSPR Group | A new member benefit; a designers' breakfast at their venue, run by us; introductions back | Optional | It brings designers into their showroom or onto their list, which feeds their own sales. |
| Content producers for agents | WalkThru Media, MHY Homes, ArchShots | Proof that their content creates enquiries; introductions back | Tier commission | Work flows both ways, and they get a reason to call their own clients. |
| Groups, networks and trainers | BPMG, DX Broker Training, BNI UAE | A free session for members built on their own numbers; Kyntlo joins as a member | None or optional | Good content for their members at no cost to them. |
What each partner brings, what we offer, what it costs us, what a good first 90 days looks like, and the next step. Messages and evidence are on the 20 targets.
